1. Service description
Mealza provides food and recipe-related recording, organization, storage, sync, household sharing, membership benefits, and related helper features. Actual features depend on the app, web/H5 pages, and server availability.
We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features due to product planning, review requirements, technical conditions, or operations, and will try to notify users in a reasonable way.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You should provide true, accurate, and lawful information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for losses caused by credential disclosure, account sharing, or failure to protect your device.
- Minors should use the service with guardian consent.
- For security, compliance, or risk-control reasons, we may request identity verification or restrict abnormal accounts.
3. User content and license
You or the original rights holder retain rights to links, text, images, audio, recipes, meal cards, notes, and household shared content that you submit, upload, import, edit, or share through Mealza.
To provide the service, you grant us the necessary rights to store, copy, process, display, sync, and back up that content. This license is limited to providing, maintaining, improving, and protecting Mealza.
You must ensure that you have the right to submit the content and must not upload, import, or share unlawful, infringing, false, malicious, harassing, violent, pornographic, unsafe, or rights-violating content.
4. Third-party content and service results
Third-party content that you use, import, or save through Mealza belongs to its respective rights holders. We do not guarantee that third-party content will remain available, complete, accurate, or suitable for your needs.
Organization, suggestions, display, or helper results provided by Mealza may be incomplete or inaccurate. Cooking steps, ingredient amounts, allergens, nutrition, and calorie information are for reference only. You should make your own judgment, especially for food safety, allergy risks, and special dietary needs.
5. Memberships, subscriptions, and payments
Some premium features may require a membership or subscription. Benefits, prices, periods, trials, offers, and auto-renewal rules are governed by the in-app display and the relevant Apple App Store, Google Play, or payment channel page.
- Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store are processed by Apple, including payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules.
- You can view or cancel auto-renewal in your system subscription management page.
- Membership benefits may change with product versions, but we will try to preserve reasonable continuity for purchased benefits.
- Purchase failures caused by payment channels, regions, account status, or review limits are subject to the payment channel result.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Do not attack, scan, interfere with, damage, or bypass Mealza systems, security policies, payment mechanisms, or access limits.
- Do not scrape in bulk, abuse APIs, create abnormal tasks, upload malicious files, or use automation that affects service stability.
- Do not impersonate others or infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, spam, or other improper purposes.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We try to keep the service stable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited for interruptions, errors, or losses caused by networks, devices, third-party platforms, cloud services, payment channels, review policies, force majeure, or user-side causes.
Mealza does not provide medical, nutrition, food-safety, or legal advice. You are responsible for actual cooking, eating, shopping, and sharing decisions.
8. Intellectual property
Mealza's software, interface, trademarks, logos, design, code, documentation, and service capabilities belong to us or relevant rights holders. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use them for commercial competition.
9. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the service or request account deletion according to our Account Deletion page. If you violate these terms or applicable law, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate service and reserve lawful remedies.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms due to product changes, legal requirements, or operations. Material changes will be announced through the app, website, or other reasonable methods. Updated terms take effect on the effective date shown on this page.
